Chinese smart phone giant Huawei has just launched the new device named as Huawei Honor 7i smartphone with unique camera module. Huawei Honor 7i smartphone is now up for pre-orders in China. The smartphone is priced at CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs. 16,500) for the 2GB RAM and 16GB storage variant, and will be available via China Mobile. This variant will also be available at CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs. 17,500) via China Telecom and China Unicom.

Whereas the 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage variant will be available at approximately Rs. 19,500 on all three mobile carriers. There is still no info about the availability of Huawei Honor 7i outside China.

The main attraction of Huawei Honor 7i is its rotatable camera module which allows the 13-megapixel rear camera module to flip 180-degrees to click front-facing images.

Up on the front the Huawei Honor 7i features a 5.2-inch full-HD IPS display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels which offers a pixel density of 423ppi. Under the hood it is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor (clocked at 1.5GHz quad-core + 1.2GHz quad-core) coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. The 16GB/32GB internal memory can be expanded via micro SD card expansion up to 32GB.

Huawei Honor 7i is powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop with Emotion UI 3.1 on the top. In terms of connectivity options this dual SIM configured device includes Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. All of these are powered by a 3100mAh battery.
